PrintFusion has three defining elements of quality:
1. Customer Experience. The most important measure of quality is Customer Experience. We strive to ensure each customer feels they are appreciated and have been treated fairly.
2. Customer Expectation. Ensuring our customer has reasonable expectations about price, delivery and Product Integrity – and then meeting those expectations.
3. Product Integrity. The traditional measure of quality is Product Integrity. We strive to consistently produce products to international standards of print quality and to match the Product Integrity to the customers’ expectations and needs.
